Și tot de la poliția orașului s-au mai aflat câteva detalii în acest caz care a sunat mobilizarea în rândul oamenilor legii. Departamentul de poliţie din Baltimore (BPD) a anunțat pe X (fostul Twitter) că „a răspuns la o situaţie de atac” în apropierea campusului Universităţii de stat Morgan.
